Becoming A New Patient

A one-session registration
and evaluation process is all you need to become a new patient at
Brighton Dental Group LLC. During this time, we will record your
complete medical and dental history, screen you for oral cancer, take
appropriate x-rays and provide a thorough dental examination and
diagnosis.
Then we will devise a
comprehensive treatment plan and schedule you accordingly. If there are
any treatment plan changes, we will inform you immediately and discuss
your options. Patients who already have a referral from another dentist
to see our specialist should inform the receptionist.

- Payment for dental services is due at the
beginning of each visit or prior to treatment completion for
procedures requiring multiple appointments.
- Please bring your insurance card with you at
the time of your appointment, so we may verify your participation,
co-payments must be paid at the time of service. We participate
with a variety of dental insurance programs, including: Blue Cross
Blue Shield and Delta Dental.

cash, check, credit card, and dental financing.
